Shipping Policy

Processing Time. Orders received before 12:00 PM CST on a business day are typically prepared for release within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders received on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. During periods of high volume or when documentation review is required, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Packaging. All materials are prepared in protective, tamper-evident laboratory packaging. Lyophilized reference materials are stable at ambient temperatures during standard transit windows.
Shipping Options & Timing. Domestic (U.S.) options presented at checkout:
- Standard — 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited — 2 business days after dispatch.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery windows are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to the address on the order as soon as the shipment is dispatched. You can also view tracking from your account order history.
Destinations. Carbon Standard currently ships to addresses within the United States. International orders are not accepted at this time.
Shipping Costs & Taxes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected method. Applicable sales taxes are estimated at checkout and finalized at the time of dispatch.
Title & Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Any claim for loss or damage in transit must be initiated with the carrier; Carbon Standard will assist with documentation.
Delivery Issues. If a package arrives damaged, is delayed beyond the carrier's window, or is reported delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
Address Accuracy. Please confirm the shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
Signature & Receipt. Certain shipments may require signature on delivery at the carrier's discretion.
Payment Status. Online payment processing is currently pending activation. Shipping timelines above will apply once payment activation is complete.
