(a) Account information — name, organization, email address, and authentication credentials; (b) age and Research Use Only acknowledgements you provide at registration and checkout; (c) order information — shipping address, phone number, order contents, and order history; (d) communications you submit through our contact form or email; (e) technical information — IP address, browser, device type, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and standard server logs.
How We Use Information. To create and maintain accounts, verify age and researcher eligibility, process and fulfill orders, provide Certificates of Analysis and documentation, respond to inquiries and support requests, send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping, delivery, account and password events), detect and prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve our website and services.
Legal Bases. We process information to perform our contract with you (order fulfillment), to comply with legal obligations (age gating and RUO compliance), and to pursue our legitimate interests (site security, product improvement).
Sharing. We do not sell personal information. We share limited information only with service providers that support the operation of the site and orders, including cloud hosting, database and authentication providers, transactional email delivery, shipping carriers, and, once activated, our payment processor. Retention. Account records are retained for the life of the account plus a reasonable audit period. Order records, including RUO and Terms acknowledgements, are retained for the period required by tax, accounting, and merchant-processing obligations. You may request deletion of non-required data at any time by contacting us.
Security. We employ industry-standard controls appropriate to the data we handle, including encryption in transit, hardened access controls on production systems, and role-based access to order and customer records. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

Children. Our services are intended for adults age 21 and older acting in a professional research capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.
